Joe Shoemaker

Joe's passion for Design started at a young age. The son of a teacher and an automotive lighting designer, his affection for both learning and making beautiful things comes naturally. Joe was a practicing Art Director for many years, working for clients like Simon Property Group, IBM and Conseco. But his eye was always on home design and architecture. He took a life-changing turn in 2001 when he left his former field and dove head-long into residential real estate.

Since then, he's launched several small firms, including a development company that built the first LEED-certified residential home in Marion County. After practicing as an independent Broker for 8 years, Joe chose to partner with the preeminent luxury Real Estate brand Sotheby's International Realty. By combining the efficiencies of a full-time office staffed with enthusiastic professionals in marketing and transaction support with his enthusiasm for producing world-class marketing and sales materials for his clients, he has produced a positive impact where it matters most: better results for his clients.

Sherri’s ethical business approach and a passion for architecture have been guiding strengths since beginning her career in residential real estate. These strengths are founded in a deep understanding of her responsibility to her clients and an insatiable need to visually experience architecture.
